Reservations:

Welcome to our on-line reservations service.  As an added convenience for our clients, you may make your service and/or quote requests at any time that is convenient to you, 24 hours a day.  You will receive an automated response immediately.  One of our reservations staff will personally review your request and respond within 24 hours from receipt.  Final confirmations will be sent to you no later than 24 hours prior to the service date.

Our detailed confirmations consist of vehicle and driver details for ground transportation services; name and phone contact information of the greeter for our VIP meet and greet services*; name and phone contact number of our executive protection agents for security services.

* In some locations, this information will not be available prior to the arrival of the passengers due to certain airport policies.  However, Confidential will provide these details whenever and wherever possible.

Please note that all times entered into our reservation system should reflect the local time of the location in which the service is being requested.

Any pricing received as part of your service confirmation is merely an estimate.  This is not a final cost and not an invoice.  Costs will be calculated at the end of the service considering actual usage of the services including number of hours, transfers, flight delays, overtime, applicable incidental charges, local taxes and current exchange rates for foreign services. An invoice and/ or receipt will be sent to you at that time.
